This blog serves many purposes to many people. It informs, it educates, but for us, it archives, and so here it is ladies and gentlemen. You've seen his first teeth, first steps, first haircut...and now we have KPs first shiner. :)
We have KP's pony that he got for his birthday next to our entertainment center because it is out of the way, but he can still play on it. Recently, he has begun using the side of the entertainment center to help pull himself up onto the pony all by himself, so that has been an added bonus to the location.
But, alas, yesterday he overshot the saddle a bit and hit his head. Right after it happened, he was smiling and laughing with Daddy and went to bed. He had a small mark, but nothing too bad. This is what it looked like when he woke up this morning. I wasn't able to take the picture until this afternoon, but I think it just keeps getting darker!
It doesn't seem to be bothering him, but of course we had a doctor appointment this morning and deaf ed tomorrow, and I can only imagine what they all think!
