10/2 day with Bachan

Today Margot went back to work and I spent the day with Everett. He's such a pleasant little guy. His most active time of the day is usually right after the 9am feeding - 1 hour of looking around, kicking and playing. I took him into my room, which gets a lot of bright sunlight, for the noon feeding and he stayed awake until 3pm. He eats well though he has to be reminded, at times, not to fall asleep.

This is what Everett thought about his first day with his Bachan :-0




I didn't have to replace the ostomy bag... remembered to keep venting it when he had gas. I did change a lot of very wet diapers. He gets fussy when he wakes and feels a wet diaper... maybe that'll make potty training easier. :-)

Not much else happened. Tomorrow, Oct 4, he goes to the audiologist to retest his left ear. We'll let you know how that goes.
