Welcome, 2010

And to welcome the new year in properly...



On Jan 16th (Happy Birthday, Jessica), we met Mamaw, Papaw, Uncle Jam Jam and Josiah at the Fort Worth zoo. I'm sure they all had a great time looking at everything. KP and I ran laps around the zoo and saw everything in fast forward. :)






I thought this might slow him down. :)

After a fun day at the zoo, the poor little one came down with a fever. This is how it always seems to go with him. We take him out for a fun day and he ends up sick.

So, we got to take a trip to the ER.



They gave us a breathing treatment at the hospital, and sent us home with oral steroids and antibiotics. Yay. Since it was dawn by the time we got home, everyone was kind of tired.

Christmas recovery and the end of a year.

Recovering from Christmas Marathon 2009.


Well, KP is anyway.


This is KP's next big conquest. He's got the guitar mastered, so now it is on to the drums.

Mommy and Daddy actually had adult plans for New Year's Eve, so KP got to stay with Josiah at Mamaw and Papaw's house.

All in all, 2009 was a crazy year. Thankfully, not as many surgeries as 2008. :) And KP has come so far in his journey. I can't wait to see what comes next.
